Siblings

I have to share something amazing that is happening among our children. Just in the last week or so, the children have learned to care for each other, and I mean truly care for each other. This has been absolutely amazing to witness. After caring for your children and making sure their every need is met, it is beautiful to see that same love and concern transfer and take place between siblings.

Little G has always been at the side of whichever brother has needed attention. There have been countless times since B was born that I literally did not have enough hands to care for both babies. G picked up where I could not. It has been a lovely illustration of it taking a village to raise a child! His love and sincere affection for his brothers are truly touching. I think S has been learning from his dear big brother because he will now care for his brothers when they are in need. He will wrap his arms around G's neck and squeeze with all his might. When B is crying, S will go over and get right up next to his face and express great concern and empathy. I have been stopped in my tracks on several occasions this week watching these beautiful moments unfold. We are richly blessed!

"these should learn first of all to put their religion into practice by caring for their own family"
