G's Junior School Picnic

This blog seems to be taking the place of our family photo albums. I tend to over-photograph and over-document as I try to capture the events and happenings of our family.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that some of these posts and photos may be of no interest to anyone else but our family!

Nevertheless, I'm bound and determined to preserve our special memories!

Today was one of them as we enjoyed the end of year picnic for little G's school. We met in Hyde Park and enjoyed food prepared by each family representing the country that they are from. You should have seen the spread!

Following lunch, the girls played rounders while the boys played football.

Our little one has become quite keen to the sport of football once again. He played when he was younger, and then "retired" early in favor of baseball and basketball. He cannot play enough these days and is begging us to find a league for him.

Not bad for a little one that used to shuffle his feet at the back of the pack so that he wouldn't have to get in the mix of players going for that ball!
