These two angels welcomed a baby sister to their family on December 28th and we couldn't have been more thrilled to be a part of such a special day for my sister and her family! Lorelei Matilda Smith was born just hours before we were set to fly back home to Boston and I am still pinching myself that she decided to make her debut before we left, I will forever be thankful to you little Lorelei! This is the one and only baby Smith that we have been in town to celebrate the actual birthday for, Matt and Emily lived in College Station when Tobin was born and we lived in London when Heidi was born. To say I was giddy with excitement when Emily's doctor decided it was time to induce would be a huge understatement, still thanking our lucky stars for this impeccable timing!
We were one excited family to be there, have I mentioned that yet?
Well done little sister, you are the strongest mama I know, you pulled this off so perfectly and so beautifully, sans pain medication nonetheless! Thank you so very much for letting us share in this most special day, I will never forget it! Congratulations and our love to Matt, Emily, big brother Tobin and big sister Heidi and welcome precious Lorelei!
