Now that we are unpacked, semi-settled and have recovered from our late summer move, it is time to get back on the computer to record our family moments and memories here on the blog.
To get caught up (being the orderly and organized type A that I am) I must record in chronological order where I last left off, so back to September we go!
The boys are for the first time at the same school, which means one school run, ONE SCHOOL RUN! In Boston we were juggling 3 different schools with 3 different start times and 3 different pick up times and 3 different holiday schedules, you get the idea. As such, I will appreciate each and every day that I have all 3 boys on one campus!
We were quite fortunate that the boys were accepted at the school Gil attended before we moved to London. He had such a positive learning experience there and we hope that Sloan and Beck enjoy it as much as Gil did.
Here are the boys on their 1st day of school:
Beck in Kindergarten
Sloan in 1st Grade
Gil in 8th Grade
Beck with Ms. Wyatt
(Gil had Ms. Wyatt for 1st grade, we are over the moon
that Beck was placed in her class too)
Sloan with Mrs. Bos, she might possibly be the most
perfect 1st grade teacher on this planet!
and Gil and I, notice the death grip I have on his shoulder,
it was all I could do to let him go...
