And then we said goodbye to all the wonderfulness that our stay here brought!
We wandered around Kona a bit before our flight back to Maui. It was here that the boys discovered Donkey Balls, they may never be the same, seriously.
We peeked at Hulihe'e Palace, a vacation home for Hawaiian Royalty dating from 1844 and made entirely of lava rock, although the exterior was plastered over in 1885.

Like I said, we really love the Big Island and were certainly sad to see our time here come to an end!
