Look at these faces, I cannot get enough of those grins!
The backstory here is that those little plastic balls were intended to flow along the track, moving with the ebbs and flows of controlled water pressure throughout the exhibit. The Nelson boys figured out a way to toss the balls high enough to bounce off the ceiling to then land right in the middle of the contraption that controls the water flow for the entire water system. Before my very eyes, they had every kid in the area following their lead and it was literally balls to the wall!
As a side note, I think the Nelson family has been added to the list of families not invited back to the museum. Good thing we are moving.
The boys next had a good run at the exhibit measuring who is most relaxed.
And here is our triumphant winner! He even beat me, darn it!
Seems the boys have learned the art of photo bombing.
Here they are inside a hurricane, they loved it. A bit different from Hurricane Sandy this fall in Boston!
Gil trying his hand as a weather anchor.
Then the photo bombers arrived.
Cannot express how much I love this boy!
A fantastic day in Hartford! Next up are photos from the tournament...
