Here are some before and after photos of our front entry. This is looking in from our front door, the dining room is on the right and a hallway leading to our kitchen is on the left.
The hallway previously featured an interesting textured paint-stroke type of wallpaper along with a track lighting fixture that ran almost the length of the ceiling.
We stripped the paper, removed the chair rail molding, gave everything a fresh coat of white paint and replaced the track light for a flush mount ceiling fixture.
This turned out to be the perfect spot for our family photo wall. Installing this made the house feel a little more like our home!
