Greg and I were given the opportunity to visit LA for a couple of days as guests of Emmitt and Pat Smith. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at Mastro's and also attended the last two shows of this seasons Dancing with the Stars. Emmitt and Pat could not have been more gracious and we truly enjoyed their company. They are both class acts in every way and we were over the moon to have this chance to get to know them!

Before the show on the following night, Greg and I enjoyed a 3+ hour lunch at Spago, 3 hours! I think we caught up on about 5 years worth of conversation over that one lunch.
Much to our surprise, Wolfang himself made his way around the tables and we also had the chance to converse with him. Such a gracious gentleman!
Here we are waiting for our friends the Smiths before the season finale of the show. Our friends, the Smiths! Who are we and how did we get here? Still makes me chuckle, such a crazy trip!
Meanwhile, back at the hotel, we ran into Doc Rivers. Just after this, Joe Montana and his wife walked by and Mr. Rivers made those introductions for us. Again thinking, who are we and what are we doing here!
We had a few other fun celebrity sightings throughout our stay, oh the fun in LA!
